I’ll try explain how I got there…
They all have a black, and we know the 9 is correct, so that is one black on each row accounted for.
I then guessed at the 7 being the next digit (correct in row 1, not in row 2 or 4).
That means 3, 1 and 2 can’t be in the final answer because only 2 digits from MP are there.
the same logic also eliminates 6 on row 2 (we have the 9 correct and the 7 is also there, but not where it is on row 2). So our numbers are 4, 5, 7, 8, 9.
We have 9 7 – – 4 (4 is correct on rows 3 and 4). The missing digits are 5 and 8, and because they are both in the wrong place in row 3, they must be 5 8, giving the final solution as 9 7 5 8 4
